The oral surgeons of Fairfax Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery have been committed to serving our community for over 32 years. All of our surgeons are board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Our surgeons provide the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including: Removal of Wisdom Teeth and Non-Restorable Teeth, Dental Implants, Bone Grafting and auxiliary procedures to facilitate implant placement, Orthognathic (Jaw) Surgery, Orthodontic Exposure of Impacted Teeth, Facial and Dental Trauma Surgery, Diagnosis and Treatment of Pathology, and Three Dimensional Imaging. Our doctors’ advanced anesthesia training provides our patients with many comfortable and safe anesthetic options including: local anesthesia, local anesthesia with nitrous oxide (laughing gas), IV anesthesia, and general anesthesia.
 We have five offices in Northern Virginia: Fairfax, Reston, Burke, Centreville, and Woodbridge. Our facilities utilize state of the art technology including cone beam CT computed tomography providing highly accurate 3-D radiographic images for the diagnosis, planning and treatment of oral surgical conditions. We provide our patients with the very best diagnostic and surgical treatment available. Our Fairfax office has an outpatient operating room for complex surgical procedures and our special needs patients. The OR is staffed with the same Board Certified Anesthesiologist, instrumentation, and surgical staff as one would find at the hospital.
